At the far end of the Buddhist Maha Vihara between the International Buddhist Pagoda and the Wisma Dharma Cakra is the Bodhi trees area. There are two Bodhi Trees here and both planted as saplings of the 2000 years old Sri Maha Bodhi of Anuradhapura of Sri Lanka. The first Bodhi Tree was planted in 1982 by Ven. Dr. K. Sri Dhammananda. The younger Bodhi Tree was planted in 1995 in conjunction with the centenary of Sasana Abhiwurdhi Wardhana Society. At the far side of the photo between the second Bodhi Tree and Wisma Dharma Cakra is the children's playground.
